From producing high-quality vegetable and fruit seedlings to providing agronomic training, market linkages and on-site support, we ensure that farmers have the tools, knowledge and networks they need to succeed. Nursery
We produce quality, healthy, fast-growing seedlings — vegetables, fruits, trees, herbs, and ornamentals — ready for transplanting by farmers across Kenya. Our greenhouse production system runs on a rolling schedule, sowing seeds in climate-controlled conditions with optimized light, moisture, and temperature so every seedling arrives vigorous and disease-free.
Every tray is hand-inspected before dispatch. Only seedlings that meet our quality standards leave the nursery, packed in ventilated transport that protects the root ball from Kapkoi to your gate. We deliver countrywide to all 47 counties.

Tissue Culture
From our tissue culture laboratory, we propagate disease-free, high-yielding planting materials through advanced biotechnology. The lab produces clean planting material from small samples of mother plants, supporting consistent crop quality and rapid multiplication that traditional propagation simply can't match.
This is particularly powerful for crops like bananas, sweet potato, and high-value herbs where disease in the planting material can wipe out a season's yield. Tissue culture removes that risk before the seedling ever reaches your soil.

Demo Farms
Our demo farms are working farms where we showcase best agricultural practices, innovative techniques, and new seedling varieties. They give visiting farmers a real-time learning environment to see exactly how our seedlings perform under proper management, and to pick up practices they can apply on their own land.
The farms double as testing grounds for emerging varieties. Before we introduce a new variety into our nursery production, it earns its place by performing on the demo farm first — so what reaches you has been proven in Kenyan soil and weather.

GrowPact Academy
GrowPact Academy is our knowledge hub. It equips farmers, youth, and agri-preneurs with practical skills in modern agriculture through structured virtual trainings every two weeks on Wednesdays. The curriculum rotates through three pillars: crop management, business skills, and sustainability.
Sessions run roughly 90 minutes — a teaching block, a live demonstration or case study, and Q&A with our agronomy team. It's free, recorded, and open to anyone, whether or not you buy seedlings from us. Registration is via WhatsApp, and the session link arrives the day before.

Farm Field Days
Our farm field days are vibrant on-site events that bring farmers together to learn, interact, and witness our seedlings perform under real growing conditions. Each event features expert demonstrations, side-by-side variety comparisons, and conversations between farmers who would otherwise never cross paths.
Field days build the trust that web pages and brochures can't. Farmers see results in the ground, ask questions of our agronomists in person, and walk away with practical knowledge they can apply on Monday morning.

Attachments & Internships
GrowPact offers practical training opportunities for students and young professionals in agriculture, biotechnology, and related fields. Placements include hands-on rotation through our nursery operations, tissue culture lab, demo farms, and field agronomy work — the full stack of how a modern seedling producer runs.
Past attachments have come from universities and technical institutions across Kenya. We host both short-term industrial attachments (typically 3 months) and longer internship arrangements, with mentorship from our senior agronomy and biotech staff throughout.

Healthy Village
Healthy farmers grow healthy harvests. Through our partnership with the Hospitainer Foundation, we provide accessible healthcare to farmers and the communities we serve — extending GrowPact's work beyond seedlings into the wellbeing of the people who grow them.
The program runs in two parts. The HV Truck is our mobile clinic: as we deliver seedlings to markets across the country, the truck reaches farmers along the route with basic healthcare services they would otherwise travel for hours to access. The Hospitainer on-site clinic at our Kitale headquarters is a fully-equipped modular facility, soon to be operational, providing on-site healthcare support for the surrounding community.
