Do you deliver outside Kitale?
Yes — countrywide. We've delivered to all 47 counties using temperature-protected transport. Delivery cost depends on distance and quantity, and is quoted with your order.
What's your minimum order?
There's no strict minimum, but orders under 200 seedlings carry a higher per-unit delivery cost. For smallholder farmers, we recommend grouping with neighbours to share a delivery.
How are seedlings packaged for transport?
Seedlings travel in their propagation trays inside ventilated crates that protect the root ball and prevent crushing. They arrive ready to transplant the same day.
Do you offer agronomic support after delivery?
Yes. Every order includes a planting guide for that specific crop, and our agronomy team is available by phone or WhatsApp for follow-up questions in the first 30 days.
How far in advance should I place an order?
For vegetables and herbs, 4–6 weeks before your target planting date. For grafted fruit trees, 8–12 weeks. Check our planting calendar to see what's already in propagation.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on collection from our Kapkoi facility. A deposit secures your slot on the propagation schedule; balance is due before dispatch.
